Join us once a month on Sunday (the first Sunday of every month) to relax, talk openly and share our thoughts on life over tea in the peaceful surroundings of Shanti Bee with a short meditation at the end.
Viola and experienced mindfulness practitioners will lead this session which is donation-based.
