Peaceful Sound Bath Healing Evening with Karen Woodruff at Bliss Crystals

Join us for a rejuvenating sound bath experience dedicated to peace and relaxation. This immersive session is intented to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and restore inner balance.Sound baths use vibrational frequencies to calm the nervous system, restore harmony, and promote deep relaxation. As the healing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments wash over you, they work on a cellular level-soothing stress, clearing stagnant energy, and guiding you into a meditative state of peace.

Arrive between 5:30pm and 6:30pm, to meet our host, Karen Woodruff, enjoy some tea & cookies, shop for high vibration crystals, then claim your spot. We'll guide you to create your own cocoon of comfort. Bring a yoga mat or something to lie on, a light blanket, eye mask if you like and wear loose, comfortable clothing. To preserve the event's privacy and tranquility, late comers will not be admitted. Doors will lock at 7pm when the soundbath begins.

Karen Woodruff has been exploring the art of energy work for over 30 years, using her gifts to clear blockages, release stored trauma, and restore the spirit, soul, and body to harmony. In 2024, Karen completed her Crystal Bowl Mastery certification with Ashana Lobody, deepening her commitment to sound as a path of healing and connection.

Outside of her healing practice, Karen is a devoted wife and mother, and co-owner of a paintball field in Perris, California with her husband and son, balancing the colors of everyday life with the colors of spirit.

Karen’s intention for her sound bath practice was gifted to her in a dream, where she found herself in a cavern filled with crystals and precious stones whispering, “Your bowls give us a voice.” She will be sounding her Alchemy Bowls of Malachite, Rose Quartz, Platinum, Aura Gold, Larimar, Citrine, Mother of Pearl, and Quartz, creating a crystalline soundscape to align you with your highest frequency.
