Join us for a soul-nourishing experience designed to uplift your body, mind, and spirit. Begin with 15 minutes of gentle yoga led by Strive For Epic's Sarah Wallace, followed by 15 minutes of transformative breathwork Ashley Martin Owner of Lit From Within, then immerse yourself in 15 minutes of soothing sound meditation with Tessa Borquez of Evolved Star Sound.
Afterward, indulge in a beautifully curated charcuterie spread and refreshing beverages provided by Community Table.
This is your time to connect, learn, and celebrate yourself in a supportive, welcoming space. We can’t wait to see you there!
