--------- BOOKINGS NOW OPEN --------The Peaceful Soul runs regular classes, courses, healing events & workshops most Thursdays during the year. This is a beautiful offering of the mystical and magical energies of unicorns for the early in 2026.
Whether or not you believe unicorns are a real entity of the invisible realms or a figment of the imagination matters not in accessing the benefits of this session.
You will be guided into a state of relaxation, calm and openness, so that you can engage your imagination and/or your intuition to reveal to you a mystical unicorn.
We will likely use some visualisation and breathing practices to sense a connection to the 3rd eye energy centre and establish a direct connection with the unicorn's healing wand-like horn. This will prepare us for the final stage of the session where we will go on a guided shamanic journey to receive healing from the unicorn or unicorns.
There is always an element of flexibility within these sessions to suit those who come and how they find themselves on the day. They can be adapted to suit all levels of experience of meditation, shamanic journeying and/or mobility. The wonderful thing about this sessions is it really doesn't matter if you believe in this 'kind of thing' or not. When we engage the childlike quality of imagination and creativity, the mind and body respond accordingly.
We may well explore other mythical, mystical and magical energies in the coming weeks and months (light beings and star people are likely to be next)
These sessions are interactive & sociable as well as relaxing, spiritual and empowering so they bring a beautiful and wholesome sense of nourishment of the soul so please know you are welcome.
