This free 1 hour event includes secular meditations and imagination exercises that spark feelings of calm and peace. Led by a meditation expert with +25 years of experience, the event is open to anyone, no beliefs or meditation experience required. Those who feel at odds with the holidays are especially encouraged to attend.

The event host, Juniper McKelvie, is an actor, writer, and freelance nun hell bent on teaching the tools for peace, from acting to zen! She draws on her 25 years of meditation experience to help people find inner peace no matter their religion or beliefs. She fuses actorly creativity and imagation into meditation, offering a unique perspective on the path to peace. Horses have been some of her best teachers.
