Peace Tree Collective: Healing Movement Workshop

Join Peace Tree Collective (Maile Crowder, Kathryn Frey, and Alicia Ralls) for a 3-hour workshop in the beautiful space at Lighthouse Yoga!
This workshop is thoughtfully structured to invite participants to slow down and focus on healing. We believe when we intentionally carve out time and space to rest, create art, and be present as a community, we can better weave the pains of grief into our ongoing lives. Participants will engage in mindful somatic movement, journaling, group sharing, and creativity. Participants are encouraged to bring a journal, a writing utensil, and an item that symbolizes healing to place on a communal altar.

3pm | Opening Circle, Community Agreements, & Introductions

3:30pm | Yoga co-taught by Alicia Ralls and Kathryn Frey

4:15pm | Creative Reflection

4:30pm | Break

4:45pm | Mindful Somatic Movement with Maile Crowder

5:30pm | Closing Circle, Witnessing, and Reflection

5:55pm | Ending Ritual

Refunds: Space is limited for these workshops as we are committed to creating an intimate space where each participant can receive adequate space and support. There is a zero refund policy for cancellations within a week before the event. If the workshop must be cancelled by the event hosts, a full refund will be sent to all who registered.

What do I bring/wear? Please bring a journal, pen, water bottle, and a snack if you’ll need one. Wear anything you feel comfortable in!
