Our meditation class offers a sanctuary for your mind and spirit to find peace. As you settle into a comfortable position, close your eyes, and focus on your breath, you allow yourself to be present in the moment. Class Flow: Guided Meditation, Focus on Breathing, Self-Reflection, Journaling, Closing Circle.
