In a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature, we'll explore life lessons "in the heard" with our equine educators and finish our time together with gentle stretching and meditation. You'll leave feeling renewed and ready to apply what you've learned to your everyday life and relationships.

You will:

- be inspired by an insightful reading with a journaling prompt 📝

- experience the therapeutic benefits of a guided experience in the presence of horses 🐴

- enjoy a relaxing gentle stretch class 🧘🏻‍♀️

- leave with new self-awareness and a gift bag to continue self-care at home 🛁🕯️🛍️
