Peace at the Palace

Working in collaboration with Sunshine and Showers I am proud to be able to offer you the opportunity to attend a Grounding and Sound Therapy event within the beautiful grounds of Auckland Palace.

Meet me in the courtyard of the palace where we will take a short walk to a beautiful, tranquil part of the grounds.

I will guide you to ground yourself in the now, leaving the world behind. We will connect to the power of nature around us preparing us perfectly for wonderful experience to follow.

Mary from Sunshine and Showers will take over starting with a 20-minute guided meditation followed by around 30-minute sound therapy finishing with 5-7 minutes of guided meditation leaving you relaxed and feeling like you're floating on air!

We will then head to the cafe to have a lovely cuppa, treat and chat if you choose to. (refreshments not included in event price)

This is an event not to be missed for all of you seeking some peace. No experience or expectations. Just a friendly welcome and the promise of deep relaxation.
