Securing vital funding through engaging annual fundraising activities.
Building a robust volunteer network and recruiting passionate new members for our Board of Directors and all PDA committees (Design, Promotion, and Economic Vitality).
Fostering leadership and helping new members get oriented to the exciting work of the Main Street program.
