Fun, friendly, and accessible classes use targeted exercises to support Parkinson’s management, promoting neuroplasticity and slowing progression. Stay active, stay connected, and defend against neurodegeneration.
Come and try a class with Emma, please contact for an initial chat before your first class. Bookings required.
$15 per class - we have a monthly coffee after 1st class of each month.
