We will walk the boardwalk starting at Tay Street, different abilities can turn around and walk back at different points, it always works out.Mostly flat walk, come and join us for a free PD Fit Walk & Talk, do as much or as little as you are able. All are welcome, as are family and friends. Path is suitable for walking sticks, wheelchairs and frames as required.
Coffee, snacks and chats after @ Tay Street Cafe afterwards.
