PD Day Art Camp at AWE
About this Event
Youth ages 6-12 are invited to the gallery for a full day of hands-on artmaking, exhibition tours, and outdoor activities. Each PD Day focuses on a different artistic technique and medium, giving participants the chance to learn new skills, explore the galleries, and spark their imagination in our education studio!
The program is led by AWE’s team of Artist Educators and includes both guided and self-guided activities. Our programs include art-making activities in the studio, guided lessons, lunch and snack break and outdoor play.
1) Friday, November 20, 2026, 9am-4pm: Planes, Trains and Automobiles
2) Friday, January 15, 2027, 9am-4pm: Imaginary Landscapes
3) Friday, February 26, 2027, 9am-4pm: Cardboard City
4) Wednesday, June 30, 2027, 9am-4pm: Famous Artists
