PCQI 2.0 | Preventative Controls for Human Food - Las Vegas (7695E)
About this Event
This multi-day workshop fulfills the Food Safety Modernization Act’s requirement for becoming a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) set by the Food and Drug Administration.
If your manufacturing team needs specialized training for implementing a Food Safety Plan, as well as other duties related to hazard analysis, tracking allergens, and detailed record-keeping, this course is essential.
The FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) requires processors to have a trained resource person or “Preventive Controls Qualified Individual” (PCQI) who has completed a specialized training course, such as the one developed by the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) that is recognized by the FDA. This person will oversee the preparation and implementation of the food safety plan and other key tasks. (See 21CFR117.180 (c) (1))
Ensure your employees are operating off the most up-to-date human food safety knowledge, boost your efficiency, and create a culture of continous improvement with PCQI 2.0 | FSPCA Preventative Controls for Human Food.
Workshop Includes: FSPCA Human Food Manual V2.0, FSPCA PC Workbook V2.0, lunches, and an FSPCA Certificate of Completion
