Positive Coaching Alliance is excited to welcome back our Breakfast with the Guardians event at Progressive Field the morning of August 23rd. This unique gathering provides attendees the opportunity to support PCA's work to ensure all youth in Cleveland have access to a positive sports experience while getting "inside baseball" insights from a panel of Guardians front office executives on all things Guardians baseball; from the name change, to the stadium renovations, to the pennant race.
The Breakfast with the Guardians event will take place in Progressive Field's exclusive DDM Club. Attendees will enjoy breakfast and a panel discussion titled "Handling the Change Up: Navigating a Path to Success" hosted by Bally Sports reporter, Serena Winters. The last several years have brought unprecedented change to the Guardians franchise. This discussion will offer the audience a rare, behind-the-scenes glimpse into leadership of a Major League franchise through a name change, a global pandemic, a stadium renovation, and bringing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion into the forefront of the organization.
