LATITUDE ADJUSTMENT, a Classic Tributes Live Band, brings the island vibe, tropical energy, and singalong classics with a Tribute to Jimmy Buffett. From “Margaritaville” to “Cheeseburger in Paradise,” we deliver an authentic beach-party experience packed with laid-back fun, crowd favorites, and nonstop good times. Our show captures the spirit of paradise and the soundtrack of endless summer.

Doors open 6:30 p.m., food service until 7:30 p.m., should be seated by 7:00 p.m. Show starts at 8:00 p.m.

• Filet Mignon Tips- grilled beef skewers, coconut jasmine rice, seasonable vegetables.

• Teriyaki Chicken - ginger-soy teriyaki glaze, coconut jasmine rice, seasonable vegetables.

• Grilled Mahi-Mahi- topped with fresh pineapple salsa, coconut jasmine rice, seasonable vegetables.

• Vegetable Kabobs- marinated and grilled vegetables, coconut jasmine rice, ginger-sesame green beans.(Vegetarian Option)

*All dinners include a salad, rolls, and dessert .
