About this Event
In voudun (known to many as voodoo) there are spirits and protectors called the LWA (pronounced “lwah”).
The LWA are the earth protectors of water, wind, fire, mountains, rocks, oceans, forests and all that lives and breathes.
They teach us.
The LWA remind us of where we come from and who we are.
They offer us the invitation to respect and live in a way of reciprocity, seeing snd valuing each other in a way that is same (no greater or less).
LWA is all about remembering your spirit
through your Iburu (strong voice).
Remembering your story and enabling yourself to live from a place of freedom and choice.
LWA in reciprocity invites us to sit together and learn from each other how to be and leave legacy, longevity and balance in our world through our choices.
LWA invite all genders and ages (over 16) to bring their wisdom and borrow knowledge from each other.
Welcoming you to this space that is supported by Hawaiian cacao, atolli and cacao husk tea and voudun tools available at creole bazaar.
