About this Event
Pay what you can. Gratitude Thursdays is a gentle midweek pause designed to help you slow down, soften your nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of gratitude and ease.
This evening is an invitation to step out of the noise of the week and into a calm, supportive space where nothing is required of you except to rest and receive. Through grounding practices and soothing sound, you’ll be guided back into your body, your breath, and the present moment.
Your evening includes:
✨ Gentle grounding and breathwork to settle the body and mind
✨ A deeply restorative Sound Bath Meditation Journey to support relaxation and reset
✨ An oracle card pull for insight, clarity, and gentle reflection
✨ Aromatherapy to soothe, ground, and enhance the experience
Grateful Thursdays is perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or simply craving a moment of stillness and intention. You’ll leave feeling calmer, more centered, and quietly supported as you carry gratitude into the days ahead.
Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and gently restored.
Please note: Aromatherapy is used in the studio throughout the evening, including incense, Palo Santo sticks, and lavender essential oils.

What to bring
Please bring a yoga mat and anything that will help you feel cozy, such as a blanket, pillow, or eye mask. A journal is encouraged for reflection after the meditation.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Please arrive by 6:50 PM to settle in before we start.
- Mats, blankets, bolsters, and pillows are provided. You may bring your own mat, blanket, or eye pillow for added comfort.
- Please note that scented candles, aromatherapy, and diffusers are used in the studio.
- Space is intentionally limited to create a peaceful and intimate environment for all attendees.
