Pay-What-You-Can donations can be made via venmo @mkeyogasocial (please be sure to add a note with the event title) or in the form of cash at the event. Suggested donation $25 - $45.

7:45 pm Lunar Yoga Flow
8:15 pm Intermission
8:30 pm Sound Bath
9:30 pm Conclusion of event
DESCRIPTION:
7:45 pm Full Moon Lunar Yoga Flow
Jessica Hope leads an all-level lunar sequence yoga flow! Expect a strong focus on breathwork and alignment in this slow flow.
8:30 pm Full Moon Sound Bath
Adagio Sound guides an intuitive sound session under the full moon. Sound is beneficial in resetting the energies of the body, mind, and soul, but combining both allows for a full, well-rounded reset.
MISC DETAILS:
Registration required on MKE Yoga Social app.
Suggested donation- $25 - $40
Bring a refillable water bottle and yoga mat.
Wearing layers is recommended.
Pillow + blanket for sound bath optional.
We will be practicing on hardwood floors. There are blankets or extra yoga mats if you prefer to put one under your yoga mat for extra comfort.
Note, it does get cooler in during the sound bath portion, please dress appropriately.
