"Paws + Poses: Yoga for Critters"
Join us for a heartwarming and meaningful yoga class fundraiser, "Paws & Poses: Yoga for Critters," benefiting Critter Crossing Rehabilitation. This special event combines our love for yoga with our passion for animal welfare, offering a unique experience to practice yoga while making a positive impact on the lives of injured and orphaned animals in need.
In this 90-minute ”Wild and Free” yoga class we'll come together as a compassionate community to support Critter Crossing Rehabilitation's vital work in rescuing, rehabilitating, and releasing injured and orphaned wildlife. This cause holds a special place in our hearts, as it reflects our commitment to not only nurturing our bodies and minds through yoga but also giving back to our furry and feathered friends who share this planet with us.
• All-Level Yoga Practice: Whether you're an experienced yogi or new to the practice, this class is open to everyone. Our skilled instructor will offer variations and modifications to suit all levels.
• Community Connection: Not only will we be practicing together, but we'll also have the opportunity to connect with Erica, founder of Critter Crossing. Erica will share a short presentation about Critter Crossing and how your contribution make their work possible.
• Donation-Based Class: The yoga class will be donation-based, encouraging attendees to contribute what they can to support the rehabilitation efforts at Critter Crossing. Every contribution, big or small, will make a significant difference. With 100% of all donations benefiting Critter Crossing and their efforts.
•Sound Bath Shavasana: Experience ultimate relaxation during our Paws and Poses event with a soothing Sound Bath Shavasana. Let the harmonious vibrations wash over you, melting away stress and tension as you lie in peaceful stillness. This serene conclusion to our yoga session will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated, ready to embrace the rest of your day with calm and clarity. Join us for this blissful addition to our special event!
