Get ready for the cutest workout ever! Join us for Puppy Yoga, a joyful, all-levels yoga experience where movement, mindfulness, and puppy cuddles come together — all while supporting an amazing cause.

This feel-good yoga class features a gentle flow designed for all experience levels, while adorable rescue puppies roam freely, offering snuggles, smiles, and plenty of tail wags throughout class. Expect laughter, heart-melting moments, and a workout that feeds your soul as much as your body.

🐶 Rescue Spotlight:
We’re proud to partner with Sunnyside Street Dogs Rescue, a local organization dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs in need. These sweet pups are looking for love — and you just might meet your future best friend!

🐾 Community Collaboration:
This special event is made possible in collaboration with Dogtopia, who shares our passion for canine wellness, community, and creating joyful experiences for both humans and dogs.

✨ What to expect:

• 45–60 minute all-levels yoga class
• Plenty of puppy interaction (yes, they will climb on your mat!)
• Stress relief, movement, and tons of smiles
• Opportunity to support rescue pups and learn more about adoption

• Your yoga mat
• Water bottle
• An open heart for puppies

• Puppies will be supervised by rescue staff and handlers
• Space is limited to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone
• All participants must sign a waiver prior to class
