UTC-03:00Location
Magnetic Hill Community Center | Moncton, NB
You may feel guilty, anxious, or unsure about how you or your dog will adjust.
The time to prepare isn’t after the baby arrives, it’s before. This hands-on workshop gives you a clear, step-by-step plan to set up your dog and household for success, so your transition is calm, safe, and manageable.
You’ll learn how to:
• Establish boundaries and safe zones for your dog before the baby arrives
• Adjust routines, walks, and enrichment so your dog’s needs are met even with a new baby
• Navigate stroller walks safely and calmly with your dog, so outings are stress-free
• Recognize and manage stress signals in both your dog and yourself
• Follow a step-by-step plan for the first weeks after baby arrives
With live demonstrations, hands-on exercises, props and take-home strategies, you’ll leave ready to confidently welcome your little one while keeping your dog calm, happy, and included.
