Paws and Presence

Paws & Presence is a gentle, heart-opening experience designed for dogs and their humans to relax, connect, and reset together.
We’ll begin with calming breathwork and a short guided meditation infused with reiki to help both you and your pup settle into a shared state of ease and safety. Dogs are incredibly attuned to our nervous systems, and this portion allows you to co-regulate, slow down, and arrive fully in the present moment side by side.
The second half of our time together shifts into a playful, soothing live music experience created especially for dogs. With soft ukulele, calming melodies, and positive vibrations, the space becomes a peaceful little concert designed with your pup’s sensitive ears and energy in mind.
As a special part of the gathering, there will be a raffle where you can enter your dog’s name for a chance to receive a personalized, improvised song created on the spot during the event. If your pup is chosen, I’ll freestyle a sweet little tune inspired by their name and unique energy for everyone to enjoy.
After the event, feel free to shop local for your pet at Pet Power Studio- North County’s premier natural pet food and treat store! Browse their pet accessories, toys, and locally made items!
This is a space for bonding, regulating the nervous system, and sharing a joyful, memorable moment with your best friend.
