Gumbo is versatile depending on the ingredients you have access to, always comforting, usually found on the appetizer menu of mid to high-end restaurants.
PawPaw's Gumbo Explosion is a new and upcoming food service business looking to provide open access to gumbo lovers everywhere, by making this exquisite delight the restaurant's flagship product. By participating in this research event, you will have the opportunity to sample two gumbo products to determine maximum flavor and spice levels. Your feedback will shape the final version of this product to ensure the highest quality of flavors you deserve.
