Paving the Way Foundation's 20th Anniversary Prom

For twenty years, Paving the Way Foundation has stood beside individuals seeking a second chance, a new beginning, or a pathway to a career they never thought possible. What began in 2006 as a single program has grown into a statewide movement — one built on dignity, opportunity, and the belief that every person deserves the chance to thrive.

This year, as we celebrate our 20th Anniversary, we are reflecting on the thousands of lives transformed through our construction, painting, solar, and cognitive‑behavioral training programs. We are celebrating the alumni who now hold stable careers, families strengthened by economic mobility, and the communities uplifted by the power of workforce development.

The PTW 20th Anniversary Celebration will be a real-life Prom, a classic American tradition that the majority of our clients and staff never had the opportunity to participate in. The PTW Prom intends to raise funds for our critical work, serving those exiting incarceration and addiction, as well as serve as a true celebration and recognition of our clients and staff. We intend to acknowledge our 20 years of service in the Antelope Valley with some fun, fancy dressing, photo booths, games, food and drink, and lots of dancing!
