Overview:

The Workforce Collaborative Event is an exciting opportunity for consortia to connect and collaborate on various initiatives, allied health and local mental health services plans, and workforce training needs. This event will bring together industry professionals, faculty, administrators, and professionals from member districts and surrounding consortia to network, share insights, and discuss common challenges and solutions.

Purpose:

• Sharing Best Practices: Exchange ideas and strategies to improve allied health and mental/behavioral health education and workforce development.

• Problem-solving: Engage in discussions to address shared challenges and explore innovative solutions.

• Networking: Foster connections among professionals from various districts and consortia.

Participants:

We anticipate attendance of 30-50 participants, including:

• Allied Health and Mental/Behavioral Health

• Faculty

• Administrators from member districts and surrounding consortia

• Workforce professionals

• Education leaders

• Industry professionals

Event Highlights:

• Exhibitor Interaction: Meet with select exhibitors who provide curriculum and resources, offering participants a chance to learn about available supports and tools.

• Grant Utilization: Learn how member districts use grant funds to build curriculum, establish allied health classes and pathways, and expand their offerings.

• Statewide Updates: Learn about ongoing initiatives and statewide developments in mental and behavioral health fields.

• Coffee, refreshments, and lunch will be served.

• All attendees must check in at the front lobby upon arrival.
