Pause on the Parkway

Join Hava Rose of Pause Experience for a free, guided journaling experience to close out the summer with community and reflection. This gathering is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and share in a sense of presence with others. Together attendees will explore simple prompts that invite clarity, creativity, and connection.

What to Bring:

- A journal/notebook

- A pen/writing instrument

- Blanket/cushion/something to sit on, ground/lawn seating

- Openness to connect with community and an intentional pause
