Pause For Conversations: Women's Wellbeing Event

We're delighted to be co-hosting an event "Pause For Conversations" with the Irish Pastoral Centre & Irish Network Boston on Wednesday October 30th at 7:30PM. Join us at the Irish Pastoral Centre in Dorchester as we welcome Catherine Murnin, Co.Down native & TEDX speaker to converse with us on a number of topics relating to women's wellness including but not limited to:

• Power of Pause in busy lives

• Stressors – triggers & responses

• Mood, movement & mindset

• Hacking our Happiness Hormones

• Five Ways to Wellbeing

• Guided meditation to finish

Catherine brings 20 years’ experience in health and wellbeing practice from her work with a range of community and corporate organisations, improving health and wellbeing outcomes in the places where we live, work and learn. 

She has received awards for Leadership, Managing Change and Workplace Wellbeing, alongside setting up pilot programmes to inform health and wellbeing practice. She was also the curator of the first TEDx event in County Down, Ireland. 

Catherine facilitates 1:1 and group sessions for personal development and learning opportunities to business leaders, community groups, third sector organisation, and individuals keen to know more about workplace wellbeing practices.
She designs and delivers a range of workshops and programmes based on the latest evidence base around creating the conditions for people to thrive and fulfil their potential. Collaborating with other businesses, The Wellbeing Pathway offers a package of engagement, information and practical support that will help improve health and wellbeing outcomes.
