Pause For A Cause: The COMPLETE Holiday Party

Take a pause this holiday season to fill your cup — and give back. Join us for The Complete Holiday Party, an immersive afternoon of wellness, community, and joy featuring:

•  Guided Speed Connecting led by Caitlin Spears, Founder of Complete by Caitlin & Complete Events
• Group Wellness Circuits rotating through the sauna, cold plunge, infrared, massages, and cryo therapy rooms
•  Holiday Wellness Market featuring local vendors and creators
• Festive Drinks & Light Bites  like hot cocoa, protein bites & more
•  Goodie Bags packed with high-value gifts and partner products

All while giving back to Nashville families -- A portion of the proceeds will go to support Raising Resilience Tennessee toy drive for children in the community and a feeding families initiative.

Event will run in 90 minute blocks starting at 2:30PM, please make sure you choose your time block when purchasing your ticket(s). Each block will host 12-14 guests.

Block A: 2:30-4:00pm

Block B: 4:00-5:30pm

Block C: 5:30-7:00pm

Block D: 7:00-8:30pm
