Pause & Realign: A Mid-Year Breathwork & Reflection Gathering
The halfway point of the year offers a natural invitation to pause.
So much can happen in six months. Goals shift. Life surprises us. We grow in ways we didn't expect. Sometimes we keep moving forward without taking time to acknowledge how far we've come—or what we may need now.
This gathering is an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
Together we'll create space to reflect on the first half of the year with compassion and curiosity. Through guided breathwork, meditation, grounding practices, and reflective journaling, you'll be invited to notice what you've learned, what you're carrying, and what you'd like to move toward in the months ahead.
Drawing from a somatic and parts-informed approach, this experience welcomes whatever is present—whether you're feeling hopeful, uncertain, energized, tired, inspired, or somewhere in between.
There is nothing to fix and nowhere you need to get. Just an invitation to pause and listen inward.

- Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
