Pause and Notice Summer Walk

This summer we welcome Sarah Wood from Capture & Calm walks to do a summer walk on Friday 26th June. She will offer a "Pause & Notice" walk. Everyone who wants to come along will meet at the centre for 10:15 am and leave by 10:30 and you'll be at Friendly Fridays for 12 noon. Just in time for lunch (which is free).
Free to attend, just turn up, no booking required.

Please note: Unfortunately the path is not suitable for prams or mobility vehicles. Sun cream, summer hats, suitable drinks and snacks are advised along with good footwear for walking long distance.
