Paulie's Farewell Party!On behalf of the entire team at Clydesdale, I want to raise a glass in celebration of your retirement and express our deepest gratitude for your 10 years of exceptional service as a bartender, mentor and more!
A decade is a remarkable achievement, and we're incredibly grateful for your dedication, hard work, and the countless laughs you've served up over the years. Well know for his amazing signature drink "Paulies Revenge" and making everyone feel welcome, handle a busy rush with a smile, has been a cornerstone of our bar's success.
We'll all miss your presence behind the bar, Paulie, but we wholeheartedly wish you all the best in your well-deserved retirement from bartending. We are sure you will enjoy your weekends, holidays and being with your loved ones.
Thank you for being such a valuable member of our team, Paulie. We'll miss you, but we hope to see you around soon – perhaps on the other side of the bar!
