Duo výstava With Feathers and Flesh Pauly Gogoly a Hanny Antonsson zkoumá proměnu organických těl a vztah mezi přírodním a technologickým. Antonsson vytváří kinetické sochy z racčích křídel a automobilových částí, jež reflektují náhodné střety na göteborských silnicích. Gogola se ve své malířské praxi zaměřuje na transfeminní pozice a konstrukci identity skrze tělesnou modifikaci a queer zkušenost. Obě autorky propojuje symbol anděla – u Antonsson v podobě strojových křídel, u Gogoly jako transhumanní figura odporu, přerodu a léčení.

Paula Gogola (*1988) je slovenská umělkyně působící v Praze. Absolvovala Ateliér malby Klaudie Kosziby na Vysoké škole výtvarných umění v Bratislavě a poté ateliér Malba 3 u Josefa Bolfa a Jakuba Hoška na Akademii výtvarných umění v Praze. V akademickém roce 2024/2025 prošla stáží na na pařížské Beaux-Arts v ateliéru Mimosy Echard. Ve své praxi se zaměřuje především na analýzu transgenderové zkušenosti z queer a feministických pozic, zkoumá tělo a jeho tvarový potenciál. Její obrazy se pohybují na pomezí atmosférické abstrakce a figurativních kompozic. Její práce byly vystaveny na místech jako jsou Galéria Medium (Bratislava), ACUD Gallery (Berlín), Crash Club (Varšava), Longtermhandstand Hall (Budapešť), Vunu Gallery (Bratislava), Kunsthalle Bratislava. V Česku byly její práce pak k vidění v Zaazrak Dornych (Brno), Nové Perle, AM180 (Praha) a další.
Hanna Antonsson (*1991), švédská umělkyně působící v Göteborgu, absolvovala obor Fotografie na HDK-Valand a London College of Communication. V roce 2025 obdržela podporu v podobě ročního pracovního grantu od The Swedish Arts Grants Committee. Ve své práci kombinuje kinetické sochařství, fotografii a taxidermii ptáků, pro níž je typické budování kontrastu mezi organickým tělem a průmyslovým strojem. Její práce byly vystaveny na Lucemburském Art Week, The Icelandic Photography Festival, Landskrona Foto Festival (Švédsko) a v Národní galerii Zachęta (Varšava), CON_ (Tokio), Muzeu současného umění Estonska, Göteborgs Konsthall, FRAC Korsika, Subtitled.nyc (New York) či v Safehouse 2 (Londýn). V roce 2023 vystavovala s varšavskou galerií Wanda na basilejském veletrhu Liste.
Program galerie Holešovická šachta vzniká za finanční podpory Ministerstva kultury České republiky, Magistrátu hlavního města Prahy a Městské části Praha 7.

The duo exhibition With Feathers and Flesh by Paula Gogola and Hanna Antonsson explores the transformation of organic bodies and the relationship between nature and technology. Antonsson creates kinetic sculptures from seagull wings and car parts that reflect accidental collisions on Gothenburg's roads. Gogola's painting practice focuses on transfeminine positions and the construction of identity through bodily modification and queer experience. Both artists are connected by the symbol of the angel—in Antonsson's work in the form of machine wings, and in Gogola's as a transhuman figure of resistance, transformation, and healing.

Paula Gogola (*1988) is a Slovak artist based in Prague. She graduated from the Painting Studio of Klaudia Kosziba at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava, and later from the Painting Studio 3 led by Josef Bolf and Jakub Hošek at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague. In the 2024/2025 academic year, she completed an exchange at Beaux-Arts de Paris in the studio of Mimosa Echard. Her practice focuses primarily on analyzing transgender experience from queer and feminist perspectives, exploring the body and its formal potential. Her paintings move between atmospheric abstraction and figurative compositions. Her work has been exhibited in venues such as Galéria Medium (Bratislava), ACUD Gallery (Berlin), Crash Club (Warsaw), Longtermhandstand Hall (Budapest), Vunu Gallery (Bratislava), and Kunsthalle Bratislava. In the Czech Republic, her works have been presented at Zaazrak Dornych (Brno), Nová Perla, AM180 (Prague), among others.
Hanna Antonsson (*1991) is a Swedish artist based in Gothenburg. She studied Photography at HDK-Valand and the London College of Communication. In 2025, she received a one-year working grant from The Swedish Arts Grants Committee. Her practice combines kinetic sculpture, photography, and bird taxidermy, characterized by creating contrasts between the organic body and the industrial machine. Her works have been exhibited at Luxembourg Art Week, The Icelandic Photography Festival, Landskrona Foto Festival (Sweden), the Zachęta National Gallery of Art (Warsaw), CON_ (Tokyo), the Museum of Contemporary Art of Estonia, Göteborgs Konsthall, FRAC Corsica, Subtitled.nyc (New York), and Safehouse 2 (London). In 2023, she exhibited with the Warsaw-based gallery Wanda at the Liste Art Fair in Basel.
