Paul has been profoundly deaf since birth, yet his achievements and determination are nothing short of remarkable. An accomplished musician, he founded the charity Music and the Deaf to help deaf people experience and enjoy music. In recognition of his work, he was awarded an OBE in 2007 for services to music.

Paul holds several degrees and diplomas, has signed for The Proms, travelled the world as a motivational speaker, and runs four signing choirs. He has also signed for some of the most iconic shows on stage and screen.
