Paul Belasik is an internationally respected trainer, coach, and rider who has dedicated his life to dressage education. An avowed proponent of classical ideals, Paul Belasik has spent a lifetime training horses and writing about dressage. His teaching is clear, practical, and easy to understand. He has coached professionals and amateurs alike to the FEI levels. Paul’s system is solidly classical and based on proven, ethical techniques that have brought many horses to Grand Prix and national awards.
Paul is the author of nine books on dressage, including the perennial favorite, Riding Towards the Light; the landmark work, Dressage for the 21st Century; and the recent thought-provoking book, Long and Low: A Revolution in Modern Dressage.
His articles are regularly published internationally, and Paul continues to train horses from green to Grand Prix at his Pennsylvania Riding Academy, where he welcomes visitors and students from around the world.
