- Welcome cocktail, choice of El Presidente or Old Fashioned.
- (3) 1 ounce serves of: Anejo, Extra Anejo, and Anejo Sherry Cask Aged.
- Food pairing with each tequila provided from Si Senor Westlake
- Cigar pairing to enjoy on site or take home.

- Guacamole Fresco — fresh avocados, onion, cilantro, tomatos, serrano peppers and fresh lime juice topped with grilled pineapple
- Tortilla Soup —chicken, rice, and spicy chipotle sauce, topped with tortilla strips and sour cream
- BBQ Pork Taco — slow cooked pork paired with BBQ sauce, topped with homemade coleslaw and fresh jalape˜nos
- Chicken Mole Taco — shredded chicken with our special mole sauce, topped with onions and roasted sesame seeds
