Join POUND pros Caia, Monica, and Hayley for an exhilarating workout inspired by the sweat dripping fun of playing the drums!
Stay after class for a beer or two and #supportlocal with Lake Pleasant Brewing. N/A options available too! There will be a food truck available starting around noon too!
Please note that tickets are non-refundable and secure your spot with us Via Eventbrite, or via VENMO.
POUND is for all ages, ALL stages. Whether you’re a POUND newbie or a POUND veteran, THIS event is for YOU!
What to bring: Yoga mat and water. We've got the RIPSTIX for ya!
What to wear: Athletic attire. Patriotic/red, white, and blue gear optional and encouraged!
