About this Event
Join us for the GallantFew's Patriot Challenge "Final Mile" event on Saturday, February 25, 8 - 9:30 am. Log some final miles with your team, grab a cup fo coffee and light freshments, and congratulate each other on a job well done this month!
*Wear your shirt as we work out for free at the downtown YMCA. We have extras for you to grab on site if you do not have one.
Can't arrive at 8:00? No problem! Our "Final Mile" event will feature a circuit-style workout perfect for jumping in and completing at any time you arrive. It will feature ten stations with a ratio of 90-sec work/ 90-sec rest.
Finish early? Cheer on those working hard or congratulate each other on a job well done this month.
