Patricia's Farewell Celebration

Chief Operations Officer Patricia Charles-Heathers was hired in July of 2021 to serve as the agency's new Chief Operating Officer. During her time with the agency, she has been a trusted colleague, a dedicated leader to many employees and most of all an excellent operator. While her meticulous work in establishing foundational systems is widely recognized, it is her unwavering commitment to achieving high-quality results that will leave a lasting impression on me and others. Patricia came to Friends of Youth and embraced our team, our challenges, and realities. She leaves ready to embrace her new opportunity outside of Friends of Youth with nothing but gratitude, appreciation and well wishes.
