@[1211400046:2048:Kimberlye Gold] is a San Francisco Bay Area singer/songwriter who spent many years honing her skills living and working in the trenches of LA/NYC/Nashville, working with hitmakers from all those major music towns before returning to her roots. Her love for multiple genres of music spanning decades is on full display in her combo platter of pop/rock/R&B/country original and cover tunes by the artists she has been inspired by, from Aretha Franklin and Dusty Springfield, from Bonnie Raitt to The Carpenters and Carole King. More recent influences include Sheryl Crow, Grace Potter and Amy Winehouse. Kimberlye's stable of top notch players include members of luminary bands like Tower Of Power, Steely Dan and Boz Scaggs, joining her on everything from duo gigs to headlining on main stages with her bands Kimberlye Gold's All-Star Rock'n'Soul Revue and The KGB Kimberlye Gold Band. Rich Armstrong is one of the Bay Area's most sought after multi-instrumentalists, switching effortlessly between vocals, trumpet, flugelhorn, percussion, guitar and bass. He has a storied career having played, toured and recorded with Boz Scaggs, Tony! Toni! Tone'!, Thomas Dolby, Lydia Pense & Cold Blood, Lyrics Born, Train, and Josh Groban. He has also done stints with Petula Clarke, Train, Spoon, and Jody Watley. Rich is the founder and band leader of one of SF's most elite variety/pop/dance bands, "The 415s" (THE415s.com) which received the award "Best of the Bay" by San Francisco Magazine.
