Guideposts Pathways to Happiness is a transformative workshop designed to help participants embrace faith-based habits that foster lasting joy. True happiness isn’t just a fleeting emotion -- it’s a choice, a practice, and a journey we walk with faith.

Each session Goes over one of the following steps, based on Dr. Peal's writings:
1. Choose to be happy.
2. Control your thoughts.
3. Find a purpose.
4. Serve others.
5. Live a God-centered life.

Rooted in the timeless wisdom of Dr. Norman Vincent Peale and infused with Guideposts’ signature storytelling, Pathways to Happiness offers a powerful, practical approach to cultivating gratitude, overcoming fear, and living with greater purpose. Through engaging lessons, reflective exercises, and actionable strategies, you will discover how small, intentional shifts in thinking can create profound and lasting change.
Each session lasts about 90 minutes and will be lead by an expert facilitator from Guideposts.
