The Pathways Program helps single moms move from “getting by” to stable, self-sufficient careers — and enrollment is now open.
This no-cost, 26–40 week program provides the training, certification, coaching, and support needed to build a secure future for her and her children.
💙 What She’ll Receive:
• Workforce career training
• Financial literacy & coaching
• Professional & personal life coaching
• Mindset & life skills training
• New career certification
• Supportive community
• Up to $300 weekly stipend (based on requirements)
• Career opportunities earning $43,000–$50,000+ with benefits
📚 Program Details:
• 3-phase journey focused on long-term stability
• Classes meet 2–3 days per week (part-time, depending on career track)
• Evenings and weekends are open to encourage part-time work
• No cost to participate

Pharmacy Technician | Medical Billing & Coding | Dental Radiography | Phlebotomy | Hospitality Management | CMA | Culinary Management
✔️ Who Should Apply?
A single mom who:
• Earns $32,000 or less annually
• Has a high school diploma or GED
• Has a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Has reliable childcare
• Is legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Is ready for coaching and professional growth
