Community Action Akron Summit Pathways HUB Community Health Workers (CHWs) annual retreat is a day to cerebrate HUB CHWs accomplishments in providing support to Summit County families to eliminate barriers to access to health care and improve the community health.

This day is fun-filled with team-building activities and trainings to support the well-being of the CHWs and increase their skills in service delivery and addressing the social determinants of health for families in Summit County.

Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments will be provided courtesy of our sponsors. Guest presenter(s) will speak on the topic of ACEs, breathing, meditation, creating affirmations and more. Dress comfortably for fun activities including Yoga on the lawn and other team-building activities.
