Do you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep? Would you like to learn new ways to support your wellness and enjoy the blissful rest that you deserve? Join Jill Hari, an Ayurveda Health Counselor and 500RYT yoga teacher, for a workshop designed to help you discover how to fall asleep more easily, and how to experience better quality sleep. Using tools from yoga and Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, we will explore techniques that will support you on your path to a good night's rest. The workshop includes a short yoga practice, an opportunity to learn your Ayurvedic constitution, a guided meditation designed to relax the body and calm the mind, plus a deep dive into techniques to help you achieve blissful rest.
