Pathway to Better Minds: Community Brain Health Forum

Are you beginning to notice signs of memory loss in yourself or your loved one? Do you have a family history of a memory disorder? Do you know the proper steps for receiving a dementia evaluation? Are you a caregiver who needs information and resources for better self-care and support?

If you want to have these questions addressed and more, you should make plans to join St. Paul Episcopal Church, in partnership with the Emory Goizueta Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center, Holy Cross Church, and Church of the Incarnation for a Community Brain Health Forum on Saturday March 1, 2025. Doors open at 9:00am for confidential memory and depression screenings. The program will begin promptly at 10:00AM. This seminar will provide valuable information about memory disorders and their impact on individuals, families, and community.
