Pathfinder Initiative is a purpose-driven organization committed to helping teenagers and young adults discover their God-given purpose and develop the capacity to live impactful and intentional lives. Through conferences, mentorship, workshops, and transformational conversations, we equip young people with the knowledge, values, and networks needed for leadership, personal growth, and meaningful contribution to society.
This year's theme, "Good Stewardship," focuses on the responsible management of the gifts, opportunities, talents, resources, relationships, and influence entrusted to us. The conference will challenge participants to maximize their potential and become effective stewards in their academic, professional, spiritual, and personal pursuits.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn from accomplished professionals, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and ministers who have distinguished themselves through purposeful leadership and impact.
