Kristina is a Reiki Master and Shamanic apprentice with a deep passion for guiding others to heal themselves. After integrating years of trauma, grief and addiction with very specific practices she has created this workshop to act as a safe container for others to work through their grief whether it be arising from the state of the world, a loss of a loved one or something else with the support of community.
