Embark on a transformative journey towards healing and self-discovery in this six month intensive breathwork based practice.
Step into a journey of healing and self-discovery with Rooted Yoga at our new home, Alchemy Hillard. This six-part workshop is designed for those ready to explore deeper layers of their being, creating lasting transformation, and personal growth.
Held monthly, each session will serve as a sanctuary for personal reflection, healing, and connection. With the compassionate guidance and support from three seasoned practitioners. You will embark on an intensive experience where you'll unlock greater clarity, peace, and inner strength.
Throughout the series, you'll be paired with a partner, allowing you to build trust, support each other, and deepen your practice together. You’ll develop practices that foster personal transformation, while embracing the support of a nurturing community.
