This transformational in-person 3h immersion is an invitation to a curious exploration of our inner mental and spiritual landscape with an intention to re-member who we truly are.

Using somatic practices, free movement, Tantrik meditation, dance and powerful soundscape, with the elements of teachings from Internal Family Systems®, we will embark on a journey to rediscover and re-member our true, most authentic Self.

Who are we, when the layers of our conditioning, our patterns, our limiting self-believes, fall away?

Who are we, when we allow ourselves to step into the field of boundless freedom of expression, creativity, compassion and pure Beingness?

Who are we, when we let our body speak and the mind gets quiet? When we drop from doing to Being.

This unique immersion will takes us on a journey into deep introspection, where our intention will be to turn inwards, to tune into our deepest selves and cultivate a powerful connection to spirit and our spiritual lives.
