The first day focuses on prophetic direction and strategic planning for the year ahead. Bishop C. T. Wells will open with a devotional message, preparing hearts and minds for the sessions ahead.

The second day focuses on church renewal, transformational preaching, and ministerial integrity. Beginning with a time of prayer, the sessions will provide practical tools for leadership and spiritual growth.
